Conor’s classes are always fantastic. Whether he’s focusing on a specific part of the body, or an over-all yoga concept, or just going with the ‘flow’, he always manages to teach a challenging but sensible class. This is not just yoga as a workout. It is hard yoga with a purpose. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

I have done numerous yoga classes with Conor. He is a very accomplished Yoga teacher, who has an extensive knowledge of the body and of healing practices. He guides you step by step into each pose. His thoughtfulness is remarkable and one is touched by his kindness and spirituality but also by his lovely sense of humor. He is serious in his teachings and pushes you to do your best. He is also compassionate and loving.
