Conor Valentino has completed over 800 formal hours of training in alignment yoga, vinyasa, and Thai yoga bodywork. He has over 3,000 hours of experience teaching group classes, over 300 hours working with students one-on-one, and nearly 400 hours training yoga teachers. His breath-centered sequences are thoughtful, challenging, and adapted specifically for the students he is teaching.
He has worked within a broad range of conditions: from common injuries to adults with multiple sclerosis, children with developmental disabilities, and people simply looking to find more balance, strength, and flexibility in their bodies. Regardless of level or starting point, Conor is committed to helping his students develop their physical, mental, and emotional awareness.
